Analysts are looking for the EV and tech company to post earnings of $0.37 per share and sales of $21.92 billion. The earnings report follows a series of recent announcements from the company, including its involvement in CEO Elon Musk’s Terafab project and the expansion of Tesla’s robotaxi service area into two additional Texan cities.

Trading lower premarket after US President Donald Trump announced an extension of the ceasefire between the US and Iran. In a Truth Social post shared on Tuesday afternoon, Trump said that the US will refrain from striking Iran “until such time as their leaders and representatives can come up with a unified proposal”. The US blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, which is specifically targeting Iranian vessels, will continue. Trump’s announcement comes after a second round of talks between American and Iranian leaders, set to take place on Wednesday, reportedly fell through.

Trading sharply higher as a group in tandem with strength in Bitcoin. The cryptocurrency traded as high as $78,450 on Wednesday morning, narrowly surpassing the prior-week high, as traders digest an extension of the US-Iran ceasefire. Ethereum is also trading higher, though it had yet to surpass the prior-week high as of 7:10 AM ET.

The agency is aiming to modernize farm services under its “One Farmer, One File” initiative. The agreement expands software used in the Farmer Bridge Assistance Program to speed service delivery, reduce paperwork, and curb fraud.

Trading higher premarket after its Q1 2026 earnings report. Losses of $0.20 per share were narrower than the estimated $0.83-per-share loss, while revenue of $22.22 billion outpaced estimates of $21.78 billion and represented 14% year-over-year growth. The company continues to expect 737 Max 7 and Max 10 certification within the year 2026 and aims to begin deliveries of these aircraft in 2027.

Gapping down after its Q1 2026 earnings report. Revenue of $2.65 billion narrowly beat estimates of $2.64 billion, while adjusted EPS of $1.17 beat estimates of $1.01. Adjusted operating margin came in at 20.8%, beating estimates and growing by 430 basis points year-over-year. The company guided Q2 2026 revenue between $3.25 billion and $3.45 billion, compared to estimates of $3.4 billion; the midpoint of its adjusted EPS outlook for the same period similarly missed estimates.

The Information reported that the company, along with Tencent, is in talks to invest in DeepSeek. The Chinese AI startup is reportedly seeking funding at a valuation above $20B, a sharp increase from last week’s discussions of raising at least $300M at a $10B+ valuation.

United Airlines Holdings Inc (UAL)

Trading higher premarket after its Q1 2026 earnings report, with revenue of $14.6 billion and adjusted EPS of $1.19 beating estimates of $14.39 billion and $1.08, respectively. Premium revenue and business revenue each grew by 14% year-over-year, while loyalty revenue grew by 13%. The airline projected adjusted EPS between $7 and $11 for FY 2026, compared to estimates of $9.08; United previously guided adjusted EPS between $12 and $14 for the fiscal year.

Bloomberg reported that the company is facing a class action lawsuit in the UK. The suit alleges Microsoft abused its market power to overcharge businesses using Windows Server and Azure, covering about 59,000 organizations. Claimants estimate damages could exceed £1.7 billion.

On watch after Reuters reported that the company is lobbying Congress to tighten U.S. chip-equipment export restrictions to China, supporting the MATCH Act ahead of a House vote. The bill targets tools and servicing linked to major Chinese chipmakers like YMTC, CXMT, and SMIC, and could also increase pressure on foreign suppliers such as ASML. Reuters separately reported that Micron competitor SK Hynix plans to invest about $12.85B in a new South Korea fabrication facility focused on advanced packaging to support surging AI-driven HBM demand. Construction is set to begin this month as the company ramps capacity for next-generation memory.

Gapping up after its Q1 2026 earnings report. The company posted revenue of $9.34 billion, beating estimates of $9.26 billion, with earnings of $17.44 per share similarly surpassing expectations. GE Vernova projected revenue between $44.5 billion and $45.5 billion for FY 2026, compared to analyst estimates of $44.5 billion.

Trading sharply higher premarket after announcing a $25B share repurchase program through April 2030, signaling confidence in its cash flow and long-term growth. The move comes as Adobe rolls out new AI tools to automate and personalize digital marketing, aiming to stay competitive against emerging autonomous creative solutions.

Diluted earnings of $1.56 per share represented a 9.3% year-0over-year decline, though adjusted EPS grew by 6% to reach $1.96.
