Trading sharply higher premarket following its first earnings report since its IPO in June. The company posted revenue of $658.1 million, marking a 53% year-over-year increase and beating estimates of $540.021 million, and reported better-than-expected adjusted loses of $0.43 per share; the adjusted losses exclude stock-based compensation valued at $434.97 million. Circle also announced plans to launch a purpose-built Layer 1 blockchain called Arc which will focus on enterprises.

Trading higher premarket after CEO Lip-Bu Tan met with US President Donald Trump. The meeting was precipitated by a social media post from Trump calling for Tan’s resignation amid renewed allegations of the latter’s business ties to China. Trump shared a post on Truth Social following the meeting with Tan, calling their interaction “very interesting” and praising Tan's “success and rise”.

On watch after Elon Musk threatened legal action against the company, accusing it of antitrust violations for allegedly favoring OpenAI’s ChatGPT in App Store rankings and limiting visibility for xAI’s Grok chatbot. Musk’s comments follow Grok’s rise to the No. 5 free app spot and come amid Apple’s partnership with OpenAI, which integrates ChatGPT across its devices.

NVIDIA Corp (NVDA)

During a press conference on Monday, President Donald Trump said he is open to allowing Nvidia to sell a downgraded version of its Blackwell AI chip to China. Trump suggested a 30–50% performance reduction and noted that he suspects CEO Jensen Huang will contact him soon for a meeting. The comments followed news that Nvidia and AMD agreed to give the U.S. government 15% of revenue from China chip sales in exchange for export licenses.

Alibaba Group Holding Ltd (BABA)

Trading marginally lower premarket after the Financial Times reported that Beijing is pressuring the company, among other tech firms, to justify their purchases of Nvidia’s H20 AI chips over domestic options. Regulators have discouraged use of the H20, especially in government-related projects, while promoting Chinese alternatives from companies such as Huawei and Cambricon.

On watch after Guggenheim reiterated its Sell rating and $175 price target for the stock. The analyst highlighted CEO Elon Musk’s updates on launching public Robotaxi operations in Austin next month and unveiling the upgraded FSD v14 model with 10x parameters. Guggenheim cautions that safety drivers will remain, though the analysts noted that investor optimism is unlikely to be tempered by their presence.

BigBear.ai Holdings Inc (BBAI)

The company reported losses of $0.71 per share, significantly larger than the expected loss of $0.06 per share, with revenue of $32.47 million similarly falling short of the estimated of $40.74 million. BigBear lowered its revenue guide for FY25 to $125 million-$140 million and withdrew its adjusted EBITDA guide for the same period, citing uncertainty around its Army program and new growth investments.

The company’s US-listed shares are gapping up following its Q2 2025 earnings report. On Holding reported adjusted losses of $0.11 per share, well below the estimate of a $0.19-per-share profit, though sales of $906.877 million beat estimates of $850.970 million. The company guided revenue of at least $3.522 billion for fiscal 2025, compared to estimates of $3.53 billion.

Archer Aviation Inc (ACHR)

Gapping down after its Q2 2025 earnings report, with quarterly losses of $0.36 per share missing estimates of a $0.26-per-share loss. The company reported $1.72 billion in cash and equivalents at the end of the quarter and posted a quarterly adjusted EBITDA loss of $11.87 million. Archer Aviation guided an adjusted EBITDA loss between $110 million and $130 million for Q3 2025.

Continuing to trade higher premarket after President Donald Trump indicated during a press conference that he is considering reclassifying marijuana as a less dangerous drug. This comment followed a Wall Street Journal report suggesting that Trump has been considering this rescheduling following a dinner with a executives from a variety of industries, including the cannabis space. Additionally, Tilray announced the launch of higher-dose offerings from two of its beverage lines.

Gapping up after its Q2 2025 earnings report. The company reported losses of $0.41 per share, larger than the estimated $0.21-per-share loss, with sales of $1.156 million similarly missing estimates. AST SpaceMobile asserted that they continue to expect revenue between $50 million and $75 million in H2 2025 and that they are preparing to deploy intermittent service throughout the US by the end of the calendar year.
