The company reported GAAP EPS of $3.08 per share and sales of $1.933 billion for fiscal Q2 2024, exceeding analyst estimates of $1.65 and $1.799 billion, respectively.

The company guided adjusted EPS for fiscal 2025 between $2.78 and $2.98, well below estimates of $4.02, and projected that organic and reported revenue will grow by -1% to 2% for the fiscal year. For Q1 2025, Estee Lauder guided adjusted earnings of $0.01 to $0.09 per share, below estimates of $0.66, with revenue expected to decrease by 3% to 5%. Fourth-quarter sales of $3.871 billion exceeded expectations of $3.83 billion, and adjusted earnings of $0.64 beat estimates of $0.27. Additionally, CEO Fabrizio Freda announced his retirement, effective at the end of fiscal 2025.
