Comparable sales excluding fuel rose by 4.6% year-over-year, while comparable sales for Sam’s Club rose by 5.9%. The company raised its adjusted EPS guidance to $2.52-$2.62 for FY26, compared to estimates of $2.62. Meta Platforms Inc (META)
-0.32%
The company confirmed that it has paused hiring for its new artificial intelligence division as part of a restructuring that split its AI efforts into four groups under “Meta Superintelligence Labs.” The move, initially reported by the Wall Street Journal, follows months of heavy spending on talent and acquisitions. This spending push included a $14.3 billion deal for a 49% stake in Scale AI.
Apple Inc (AAPL)
-0.34%
On watch after Masimo filed a lawsuit against U.S. Customs and Border Protection, accusing the agency of improperly reversing its prior decision and allowing Apple to import Apple Watches with blood-oxygen monitoring technology. Masimo is asking a Washington, D.C. court to block the agency’s ruling and reinstate the ban on Apple’s sales of watches with the contested feature.
The Boeing Company (BA)
+1.47%
Trading higher premarket after Bloomberg reported that the company is close to securing a deal with China for up to 500 jets, potentially ending a sales freeze that has been in place since 2017. The agreement, still under negotiation, would mirror a major Airbus order and could serve as a key element of a Trump–Xi trade pact.
NVIDIA Corp (NVDA)
+0.51%
UBS raised its price target for the stock to $205 from $175 with a Buy rating, expecting the company to report better-than-expected revenue of $46 billion for Q2. The firm expects robust growth in compute and networking, noting potential upside from China if export restrictions ease.
Bilibili Inc (BILI)

Dayforce Inc (DAY)

Trading higher premarket. The company announced that it has agreed to be taken private by Thoma Bravo in a US$12.3 billion all-cash deal, with stockholders receiving US$70 per share—a 32% premium to its unaffected price. The transaction is intended to accelerate Dayforce’s growth, enhance customer value, and strengthen its AI leadership in human capital management technology.

Gapping down following its Q2 2025 earnings report. The company reported losses of $0.53 per share compared to estimated earnings of $1.61, with sales of $1.69 billion missing estimates of $1.95 billion. Canadian Solar guided Q3 sales between $1.3 billion and $1.5 billion, below estimates of $1.63 billion, and lowered its FY25 sales guidance. The solar sector on a whole remains on watch after President Donald Trump indicated on Wednesday that the US will no longer approve solar projects.
Coty Inc (COTY)
-20.37%
Gapping down after its Q4 2025 earnings report. Sales of $1.25 billion beat estimates of $1.2 billion, but adjusted losses of $0.05 per share came in well below estimates of a $0.02-per-share profit.
