The company guided adjusted earnings of $2.45 per share for Q3, missing estimates of $2.55, and projected stronger-than-expected sales of $26.5 billion to $27.5 billion for the quarter. Dell also raised its EPS and sales guides for FY26, both of which exceed analyst estimates.

The company guided Q1 sales between $855 million and $885 million, compared to estimates of $860.555 million, and projected better-than-expected sales of $3.864 billion for fiscal 2026.
