Trading sharply higher with volume as a group after Bitcoin surpassed the $100,000 level for the first time in its history. The cryptocurrency reached this long-awaited milestone on Wednesday evening, and is trading above $102,500 as of Thursday morning. Ethereum is also strong, trading around the $3,900 level.

Both stocks are on watch after Reuters reported that Nvidia is in talks with Taiwan Semiconductor to produce its Blackwell AI chips at TSM's new Arizona plant, set to begin volume production in 2025. While TSM plans to handle the front-end process in Arizona, the chips will still require packaging in Taiwan. Separately, Nvidia has signed a cooperation agreement with the Vietnamese government aimed at increasing the country’s AI development, and has acquired Vinbrain from VinGroup.

Trading marginally higher premarket following a series of price target increases. B of A Securities maintained its Buy rating on Tesla and raised its price target from $350 to $400, citing the potential of Optimus following a visit to the company’s Texas Gigafactory. Meanwhile, Guggenheim maintained a Sell rating on the stock and raised its price target from $156 to $175.

Trading higher as a group, possibly in sympathy with Bitcoin’s new all-time highs above $100,000. President-elect Donald Trump announced the nomination of Paul Atkins as SEC chair on Wednesday, a choice that is viewed as positive for the crypto space. Donald Trump Jr. has recently joined the board of Unusual Machines (UMAC) and PSQ Holdings, both of which rallied upon confirmation of his appointment and are trading higher premarket.

Trading sharply higher premarket following the company’s first-ever investor day on Wednesday. Piper Sandler raised its price target for the stock from $42 to $54, citing increased bullishness after the investor day, and Deutsche Bank raised its price target from $36 to $42. During the event, Robinhood reported a 100% year-over-year increase in assets under custody, and CEO Vlad Tenev announced that the company is considering entering the sports betting market.

Gapping down after its earnings report. The company reported Q3 sales of $210.65 million, above estimates of $209.72 million and marking a 28% year-over-year increase. The company guided Q4 revenue of $222 million and FY 2025 revenue of $818 million, beating estimates of $220.77 million and $815.92 million, respectively.

Trading lower premarket with volume after a Form 4 filing revealed that a major institutional shareholder has been selling. The filings show roughly $498.8 million in share sales by private equity firm Silver Lake and its various entities; these transactions were led by Mike Bingle, Silver Lake’s vice chairman and a director of SoFi. The stock has a short float of 14.44%.

Trading higher premarket after its Q3 2024 earnings report. Adjusted earnings of $0.89 per share missed estimates of $0.94, but sales of $10.2 billion beat estimates of $10.14 billion. CFO Kelly Ditts highlighted the company’s increased investments in real estate projects in 2025 and touted “Project Elevate”, Dollar General’s remodel initiative for its older stores.

Gapping down following its Q3 earnings report, with revenue of $1.289 billion marking 1% decline year-over-year. Total comparable sales growth slowed on an annual basis, as did comparable sales growth for the Aerie brand, though American Eagle sales growth increased slightly. The company also reported yearly decreases in gross profit and gross margin, and is guiding a 4% decrease in total revenue for Q4.
