Super Micro Computer Inc (SMCI)
+4.86%
Trading sharply higher premarket as optimism grows ahead of its deadline for its long-delayed FY2025 10-K filing on February 25. CEO Charles Liang expressed confidence during the company’s recently earnings call that they will be able to meet the deadline; the company risks Nasdaq delisting if they are unable to submit the form in that time. The stock has also been bolstered by the company’s bullish FY2026 revenue projection of $40 billion, a 70% increase from weaker-than-expected FY2025 estimates, despite a disappointing preliminary Q2 2025 report and ongoing legal scrutiny.
