Intel and Super Micro are both still on watch with individual catalysts; both Taiwan Semiconductor and Broadcom are reportedly considering acquiring aspects of Intel’s business, while Super Micro has less than one week to file its 10-K form for fiscal 2024 or risk being delisted from the Nasdaq.
