Super Micro Computer Inc (SMCI)
+24.26%
Gapping up after filing its delayed financial results for fiscal 2024 and the first two quarters of fiscal 2025, regaining Nasdaq compliance and avoiding delisting concerns. The report, which was filed less than an hour ahead of the company’s deadline, was audited by BDO. Revenue was reported at $5.678 billion for the most recent quarter, up from $3.665 billion the year prior, but earnings per share and diluted EPS were both flat year-over-year. The long-awaited filing was deemed an “important milestone” by CEO Charlies Liang, who said the company will be focusing back on its main business concerns.
NVIDIA Corp (NVDA)
+2.25%
Trading higher premarket ahead of its hotly-anticipated earnings report for fiscal Q4 2025. Analysts are looking for the company to report earnings of $0.84 per share and revenue of $37.72 billion for the quarter. This report will be closely watched due to Nvidia’s tendency to influence sentiment and trends in the market as one of the world’s most valuable companies.
Auto Companies
+0.87
On watch as a group as the industry digests a variety of catalysts. President Donald Trump commented on the possibility of auto tariffs on Wednesday morning, saying to “just let it all happen”; Tesla CEO Elon Musk is expected to attend Trump’s first official cabinet meeting on Wednesday. Tesla closed more than 8% lower on Tuesday, with its market cap dropping below $1 trillion. Additionally, GM raised its quarterly dividend from $0.12 to $0.15 and announced a $6 billion share buyback program, while Stellantis reported significant year-over-year declines in adjusted EPS and sales during its FY24 earnings report.
TSLA, GM, F, STLA
Meta Platforms Inc (META)
+0.90%
Trading marginally higher premarket after the Information reported that the company is planning a massive AI data center campus exceeding $200 billion. This reported strategy highlights Meta’s aggressive AI expansion amid investor scrutiny over infrastructure spending. Earlier this week, Microsoft reassured investors that its $80 billion AI investment remains on track despite reports that they had cancelled some data center leases.
Chinese ADRs
+5.07%
Trading sharply higher premarket as China’s tech-driven bull run continues. The CSI 300 Index closed 0.89% higher on Wednesday, while the tech-heavy Hang Seng Index gained 3.27%. The rally in China has been driven in part by the country’s recent advancements in AI, with Reuters reporting that Chinese AI startup DeepSeek is working to accelerate the launch of its latest model. Additionally, Bernstein upgraded its rating for Alibaba from Market Perform to Outperform and raised its price target from $104 to $165.

Trading higher premarket as traders recirculate a price target increase for the stock that was issued on Tuesday. Morgan Stanley raised its price target for Palantir to $115 from $95 on Tuesday, citing strong revenue growth potential and an upbeat management outlook. This marks a sharp turnaround from the analyst’s Sell rating and $60 price target in January, reflecting increased confidence in Palantir’s government and commercial contracts.

Robinhood Markets Inc (HOOD)
+3.18%
Rebounding premarket after closing 8% lower on Tuesday amid a drop in the price of Bitcoin. CEO Vlad Tenev was interviewed by CNBC on Tuesday, where he spoke about the positive impact that the US administration has had on crypto regulation thus far. The interview follows the SEC’s decision to close its investigation into Robinhood’s crypto unit, announced on Monday. During the interview, Tenev also spoke about the role of prediction markets as “the future of trading” and said that Robinhood’s index options rollout has been progressing well.
