The company reported adjusted earnings of $0.89 per share and sales of $39.331 billion for fiscal Q4 2025, beating estimates of $0.84 and $38.045 billion, respectively. Revenue in the data center, professional visualization, and automotive segments all grew sharply year-over-year, with data center revenue growing by 93%, while gaming and AI PC revenue dropped by 11%. Nvidia guided Q1 2026 revenue of $43 billion, plus or minus 2%; analysts were expected $41.75 billion.

Trading higher as a group in tandem with a rebound in Bitcoin, which is poised to break a four-day losing streak after bouncing off of the lows on Wednesday. The cryptocurrency opened near $84,000 on Thursday and is trading above $86,000 as of 7:00 AM ET. Additionally, Marathon Digital reported earnings for Q4 2024, with adjusted earnings of $1.24 per share and sales of $214.4 million beating estimates of $0.68 and $186.393 million, respectively.

Snowflake Inc (SNOW)

Gapping up after its Q4 2024 earnings report. Adjusted earnings of $0.30 per share exceeded estimates of $0.17, while sales of $986.77 million beat expectations of $955.93 million. The company announced an expansion of its Microsoft partnership to include OpenAI integration, with CEO Sridhar Ramaswamy calling Snowflake “the most consequential data and AI company in the world”. Snowflake guided Q1 2025 revenue between $955 million and $960 million, below estimates of $1.005 billion; its revenue guide for the fiscal year also missed estimates.

Tesla Inc (TSLA)

Poised to break a five-day losing streak that has seen the stock’s price drop from $360 to $290. On Wednesday, a Florida appeals court ruled in Tesla’s favor, limiting the damages it could face in a wrongful death lawsuit over its Autopilot system by overturning a prior decision allowing punitive damages. The court found that Tesla’s Autopilot was "state-of-the-art" and met industry standards, restricting the lawsuit to compensatory damages only.

Amazon.com Inc (AMZN)

The company unveiled its first quantum computing chip, Ocelot, aiming to build more efficient hardware and accelerate the path to practical quantum computing. Amazon claims Ocelot could require only a tenth of the resources compared to conventional approaches, following a trend of tech giants like Microsoft advancing in quantum technology. On Wednesday, Amazon announced an upgraded version of Alexa, its virtual assistance, called Alexa+, and CEO Andy Jassy said that the company has 1,000 generative AI applications that it has built or is currently building.

On watch as a group after the Wall Street journal reported that Microsoft is urging the Trump administration to relax export restrictions on advanced AI chips for U.S. allies, including India, Switzerland, and Israel. In a blog post reportedly scheduled for release today, the company emphasizes that easing these limits would help allies utilize AI technology without resorting to Chinese alternatives. Microsoft’s note warns that current stringent export controls could push these nations toward Chinese partnerships for AI infrastructure, potentially undermining U.S. interests.

Trading lower premarket following its earnings report for fiscal Q4 2025. Adjusted earnings of $2.78 per share beat estimates of $2.61, but sales of $9.993 billion came in below the expected $10.037 billion. The company guided Q1 EPS between $2.53 and $2.55 and revenue between $9.71 billion and $9.76 billion, missing expectations of $2.61 and $9.901 billion, respectively. Salesforce’s EPS and revenue guidance for fiscal 2026 also missed estimates.

AppLovin Corp (APP)

Gapping up after closing more than 12% lower on Wednesday. The selloff came after both Fuzzy Panda Research and Culper Research issued short reports on the stock, accusing the company of data theft, ad fraud, and exploiting app permissions. Both firms also warn of potential removal from app stores. CEO Adam Foroughi dismissed the allegations as misleading attempts to drive down the stock, emphasizing AppLovin’s audited financials and AI-driven advertising innovations. The stock was also hit by a short report from the Bear Cave last Thursday.

C3.ai Inc (AI)

The company reported adjusted losses of $0.12 per share for fiscal Q3 2025, better than the expected loss of $0.25, with sales of $98.78 million similarly beating estimates of $98.11 million. Subscription revenue grew by 22% year-over-year and comprised 87% of total quarterly revenue. For Q4, C3.ai guided revenue between $103.6 million and $113.6 million versus estimates of $108.563 million. The company projected revenue between $383.9 million and $393.9 million for the fiscal year, compared to estimate of $388.344 million.

Vistra Corp (VST)

Gapping up after its earnings report for Q4 2024. The company reported net income of $490 million and adjusted EBITDA of $1.985 billion for the quarter. Vistra reaffirmed its previous guidance for 2025, projecting adjusted EBITDA from ongoing operations at $5.5 billion to $6.1 billion.

eBay Inc (EBAY)

Gapping down after its Q4 2024 earnings report. The company reported adjusted earnings of $1.25 per share and sales of $2.579 billion, above estimates of $1.20 and $2.571 billion, respectively. Gross merchandise volume rose by 4% year-over-year to reach $19.3 billion. For q1, 2025, eBay guided adjusted earnings between $1.32 and $1.36 per share and revenue between $2.52 billion and $2.56 billion; the lower range of both of these projections missed estimates.

Moderna Inc (MRNA)

Gapping down after Bloomberg News reported that US health officials are reviewing the company’s $590 million contract for developing a bird flu vaccine as part of a broader evaluation of mRNA vaccine spending. This follows a total of $766 million in government funding for Moderna’s H5N1 vaccine development. Approximately 11.8% of the stock’s float is sold short.
