Trading higher as a group as Bitcoin continues to rally. The cryptocurrency hit a new all-time high above $123,000 on Monday morning, and is trading around $121,700 as of 7:15 AM ET on Monday. Ethereum is similarly strong, trading near $3,100 on Monday morning. The space is on watch throughout what is being called “Crypto Week”, which kicks off on Monday, as the US House of Representatives begins deliberations on pieces of crypto-legislation including the Genius Act.

NVIDIA Corp (NVDA)

CEO Jensen Huang is set to hold a media briefing in Beijing on July 16. This visit marks Huang’s second trip to China this year amid ongoing trade tensions between China and the US. Senators have urged him to avoid engaging with Chinese firms linked to military or intelligence agencies during the trip. During an interview with CNN on Sunday, Huang noted that it is unlikely that China’s military would rely on Nvidia or other American technology,

Meta Platforms Inc (META)

The company is facing an $8 billion shareholder lawsuit over claims its top executives failed to stop user data misuse tied to the Cambridge Analytica scandal, despite a 2012 FTC agreement. The trial, starting this week in Delaware and expected to last eight days, focuses on whether Meta’s board breached its oversight duties. CEO Mark Zuckerberg is expected to testify. Separately, Meta announced its acquisition of AI-generated voice startup Play AI.

Micron Inc (MU)

On watch after research firm Edgewater issued a note on both Micron and SanDisk. The firm noted that demand and pricing for both companies’ products was stronger than expected in the first half of 2025. Edgewater warned that the second half of the year, however, is anticipated to be softer than usual for both demand and pricing.

Alphabet Inc (GOOGL)

The company has hired key staff from AI code generation startup Windsurf, including its CEO and co-founder, after rival OpenAI reportedly tried to acquire the company. As part of the deal, Google will pay $2.4 billion in license fees to use Windsurf’s technology under non-exclusive terms. The Windsurf team is set to join Google’s DeepMind division.

Amazon.com Inc (AMZN)

The company’s online sales in the US during Amazon Prime Day grew by 30.3% year-over-year to reach $24.1 billion, according to Adobe. Amazon noted that the event was their biggest Prime Day yet, driven by strong demand for Alexa and Ring products. Data from Numerator showed that most purchases during the event were essentials under $20, with the average household spending $156.

Tesla Inc (TSLA)

On watch after CEO Elon Musk said he does not support merging Tesla with his AI startup xAI, which develops the Grok chatbot. However, he noted that he plans to ask Tesla shareholders to vote on whether the company should invest in xAI. Musk previously expressed interest in a collaboration between the two companies.

Apple Inc (AAPL)

Business Insider reported that the company has submitted a bid of at least $150 million per year to secure US streaming rights for Formula 1 races starting in 2026. As the top bidder, Apple is likely to win the rights, especially since current holder ESPN does not plan to match the offer.

Kenvue Inc (KVUE)

The company announced the appointment of board member Kirk Perry as interim CEO following Thibaut Mongon’s departure. Kenvue also noted that they have launched a strategic review with Centerview and McKinsey to enhance shareholder value. Preliminary Q2 results indicate a 4% decline in net sales, a 4.2% drop in organic sales, and adjusted EPS between $0.28 and $0.29. The company is set to post full Q2 results on August 7.

Upstart Holdings Inc (UPST)

Trading sharply lower premarket after Goldman Sachs assumed coverage of the stock with a Sell rating and a $71 price target, suggesting about 10% downside. While the firm acknowledges Upstart’s strong risk-pricing capabilities through machine learning, it sees challenges in building long-term consumer relationships. Goldman Sachs also noted the competitive, cyclical nature of the online personal loan market as a possible risk. The stock has a short float of approximately 25.73%.

Fastenal Co (FAST)

The company reported earnings of $0.52 per share for Q2 2025, above estimates of $0.51, while quarterly sales of $1.89 billion met analyst estimates. The company’s operating margin and gross margin both contracted slightly on a year-over-year basis. Free cash flow reached $352.9 million by the end of the quarter, up 15% on a year-over-year basis.

NIO Inc (NIO)

Trading sharply higher premarket amid a notable green streak for its Chinese-listed counterpart. Nio’s stock trading as high as 10% intraday in Hong Kong on Monday following strong pre-sales of its Onvo L90 SUV, marking six consecutive days of gains and a cumulative 21% increase. The L90, priced lower than expected with options including a battery rental scheme, is set for official launch at the end of July.

Sonnet Biotherapeutics Holdings Inc (SONN)

Gapping up after announcing a merger with Rorschach I LLC to form Hyperliquid Strategies, Inc., launching a crypto treasury strategy with an estimated value of $888 million. The new company, backed by major investors like Paradigm and Galaxy Digital, will continue trading on Nasdaq under a new ticker after the transaction closes.

Firefly Neuroscience Inc (AIFF)

The company is partnering up with Heidelberg University Hospital on a multi-year study to examine the neurophysiological effects of 15q13.3 genetic variants using its FDA-cleared Brain Network Analytics (BNA) technology. The study is set to take place through 2026.
