On Monday, the US launched another round of strikes against Iran targeting military command centers, missile and drone sites, and maritime capabilities. Tensions escalated amid Iran-linked attacks on shipping and Houthi threats to blockade Saudi Arabia. The conflict risks further disrupting key oil transit routes, including the Strait of Hormuz and Bab el-Mandeb, while diplomatic efforts continue around a proposed 10-day ceasefire.

Intel Corp (INTC)

+5.32%

CNBC reported that the company is planning another round of layoffs within its data center group as part of its ongoing restructuring efforts, following significant workforce reductions in 2024 and 2025. Intel reportedly indicated that the cuts will not impact its product roadmap or commitments. In a written statement to The Oregonian (Oregon is a major hub for the company’s business), Intel said that the reorganization is intended to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and better align the business with its long-term strategy while providing support to affected employees.

Space Exploration Technologies Corp (SPCX)

+1.13%

Singapore Exchange announced it will launch depository receipts for SpaceX, Grab, and Sea, allowing investors to trade exposure to the companies in Singapore dollars during local market hours. Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co Ltd (TSM)

+3.74%

Trading higher premarket after Nikkei reported that the company plans to raise foundry prices by 5%–10% starting in 2027, with larger increases expected for mature nodes such as 12nm, 16nm, and 28nm. Advanced-node pricing hikes will vary by customer and product, with negotiations underway in 2026 as TSMC seeks gradual price increases amid strong demand for AI and high-performance computing chips.

General Motors Co (GM)

+0.99%

Trading higher after its Q2 2026 earnings report, with revenue of $48.03 billion and adjusted earnings of $3.57 per share beating estimates of $47.01 billion and $3.20, respectively. Adjusted EBIT climbed by 30% year-over-year to $3.94 billion, topping estimates of $3.79 billion, while adjusted automotive free cash flow grew by 78% year-over-year to $5.03 billion. The company hiked its adjusted EBIT and EPS projections for FY 2026.

Salesforce Inc (CRM)

-4.05%

Trading sharply lower premarket after Morgan Stanley downgraded the stock to Equalweight from Overweight and cut its price target to $185 from $287, citing strong AI progress that has yet to translate into accelerating subscription revenue growth or improved forward-looking metrics. The firm believes Salesforce is making the right strategic shift toward AI-native, agentic software, but wants clearer evidence that initiatives like Agentforce can offset weakness in legacy businesses and drive sustainable growth before becoming more bullish.

Danaher Corp (DHR)

-9.78%

Gapping down after its Q2 2026 earnings report. Revenue grew by 5.5% year-over-year to $6.3 billion, narrowly beating estimates of $6.27 billion, while adjusted earnings of $1.94 per share topped estimates of $1.84 billion. Danaher posted revenue growth across all three of its revenue segments, with Diagnostics revenue growing by 7% year-over-year. The company hiked its adjusted EPS outlook for FY 2026 to $8.45-$8.60, compared to estimates of $8.50.

Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk

-0.41%

On watch as a pair after Novo Nordisk filed a federal lawsuit against Eli Lilly. Novo Nordisk is alleging that advertisements for Lilly’s Zepbound and Mounjaro are false and misleading because they omit information about higher-dose versions of Novo’s obesity and diabetes drugs, Wegovy and Ozempic. The lawsuit challenges Lilly’s nationwide direct-to-consumer marketing practices and seeks to address what Novo claims is unfair competitive positioning in the GLP-1 drug market.

LLY, NVO

Halliburton Co (HAL)

-3.87%

Trading sharply lower premarket after its Q2 2026 earnings report. Total revenue was reported at $5.71 billion for the quarter, above the Q2 2025 print of $5.51 billion and the Q1 2026 print of $5.4 billion. The company also posted annual and sequential revenue growth for both its revenue segments. Operating income grew on both an annual and sequential basis to $778 million.

Amazon.com Inc (AMZN)

-0.10%

On watch after Iranian media reported that Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps attacked Amazon’s data infrastructure in Bahrain with cruise missiles. The attack has not been verified and Amazon has yet to comment. The alleged strike comes amid a renewed escalation US-Iran tensions.

3M Co (MMM)

+6.22%

Gapping up after its Q2 2026 earnings report. Revenue of $6.5 billion topped estimates of $6.4 billion, while adjusted EPS of $2.40 beat estimates of $2.24. The company hiked its FY 2026 adjusted EPS outlook to $8.80-$8.95, above estimates of $8.74, and projected sales growth of greater than 4.5% for the fiscal year.

Mobileye Global Inc (MBLY)

+4.20%

Trading sharply higher premarket after announcing plans to provide cloud-enhanced advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) for select Stellantis vehicles starting in 2027. Features will include lane keeping on unmarked roads and hands-free, eyes-on driving in approved conditions. The technology will leverage Mobileye’s REM road intelligence network, which collects data from more than 8 million vehicles covering over 34 billion miles across the U.S. and Europe.

KIDZ AI Inc (KIDZ)

+186.34%

Gapping up after entering into a 60-month, $44.6 million AI compute services agreement with Canopy Wave to provide enterprise AI infrastructure through its subsidiary Catalyst Compute, pending the purchase of required GPU servers. The stock has a $2.25 million market capitalization and a float of 2.05 million shares.
