Both of these megacap tech companies are scheduled to report after the bell on Wednesday, July 30. Analysts are expecting Meta to post earnings of $5.83 per share and revenue of $44.69 billion. Consensus estimates for Microsoft, meanwhile, suggest that analysts are looking for the company to post earnings of $3.35 per share and sales of $73.71 billion.

Starbucks Corp (SBUX)

Trading sharply higher premarket following its Q3 earnings report. Adjusted earnings of $0.50 per share missed estimates of $0.65, though sales of $9.456 billion beat the expected $9.29 billion. Comparable sales in China grew by 2% year-over-year, though global comparable sales and North American comparable sales each declined by 2%. CEO Brian Niccol teased a “wave a innovation” for the company in 2026 and said that Starbucks’ turnaround thus far is “ahead of schedule”.

Tesla Inc (TSLA)

Reuters reported that the company has signed a $4.3 billion deal with LG Energy Solutions to supply lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries from LG's U.S. facility for Tesla’s energy storage products. Deliveries are reportedly scheduled from August 2027 through July 2030 and include an option to extend. The deal strengthens Tesla’s supply chain amid U.S. tariff concerns and follows a separate $16.5 billion chip partnership with Samsung.

Nvidia, Advanced Micro Devices, and Broadcom

Morgan Stanley raised its price target on a series of semiconductor stocks. The analyst hiked its price target for Nvidia from $170 to $200, citing surging AI demand, accelerated inference workloads, and the upcoming Blackwell product cycle. The firm predicts strong upside for Nvidia and other chipmakers in the second half of the year. Morgan Stanley raised its price target for AMD from $121 to $185, noting China market tailwinds and robust cloud spending for the sector. Broadcom had its price target increased from $270 to $338 by the analyst.

Gapping down after announcing a $1.5 billion public offering of its common stock, with an option for underwriters to purchase an additional 15%. All proceeds from the sale will be used for general corporate purposes including working capital and business growth initiatives. The stock rallied on Tuesday, closing more than 6% higher, following a better-than-expected earnings report.

Marvell Technology Inc (MRVL)

Gapping up as traders recirculate a July 27 article from the Information suggesting that the company could have a more-than-$10 billion revenue pipeline by 2027 in connection to Microsoft’s planned in-house chip. On Tuesday morning, Marvell announced a partnership with South Korean AI accelerator Rebellions to develop high-performance, energy-efficient AI systems. The collaboration targets regionally focused and government-backed AI initiatives in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.

The White House is set to release its first major crypto policy report on July 30, outlining the Trump administration’s regulatory direction following a 180-day review of Executive Order 14178. The report is expected to address stablecoin reforms, banking access, national security concerns, and regulatory clarity, while also disclosing details on the U.S. government's crypto holdings and its strategic Bitcoin reserve. Marathon Digital, meanwhile, is trading sharply higher premarket following its Q2 earnings report. The company reported sales of $238.5 million and earnings of $1.84 per share, beating estimates of $218.453 million and $0.69, respectively.

Novo Nordisk A/S

The company’s US-listed stock closed nearly 22% lower on Tuesday after cutting its sales guidance for 2025; Novo Nordisk now expects sales growth of 8% to 14% for the fiscal year. They also announced the appointment of Maziar Mike Doustdar as the company’s CEO, effective August 7. Barclays downgraded the stock from Overweight to Equal-Weight on Wednesday morning.

VF Corp (VFC)

Gapping up following its Q1 earnings report. The company reported losses of $0.24 per share, narrower than the expected $0.33-per-share loss, with sales of $1.769 billion beating estimates of $1.703 billion. VF guided Q2 sales between $2.648 billion and $2.702 billion, below estimates of $2.723 billion.

Vertiv Holdings Co (VRT)

Trading higher premarket following its Q2 2025 earnings report. Adjusted earnings of $0.95 per share and sales of $2.64 billion beat estimates of $0.83 and $2.35 billion, respectively. The company raised its FY25 adjusted earnings guidance to $3.75-$3.85 per share, outpacing estimates of $3.56, and raised its sales guidance for the same period to a better-than-expected range of $9.925 billion-$10.075 billion. Vertiv also provided in-line EPS guidance and better-than-expected sales projections for Q3 2025.

Etsy Inc (ETSY)

Trading higher premarket following its Q2 earnings report. Sales of $627.663 million missed estimates of $646.534 million, while GAAP earnings of $0.25 per share missed estimates of $0.49. The company guided gross merchandise sales between $2.6 billion and $2.7 billion for Q3 and projected an adjusted EBITDA margin of 25% for the same period.

Seagate Technology Holdings PLC (STX)

Trading sharply lower premarket following its Q4 2025 earnings report. Adjusted earnings of $2.59 per share and sales of $2.444 billion beat estimates of $2.43 and $2.415 billion, respectively. The company guided adjusted earnings between $2.10 and $2.50 per share for Q1 2026, compared to estimates of $2.28. Seagate guided sales between $2.35 billion and $2.65 billion for the same period, compared to estimates of $2.497 billion.

Peloton Interactive and FuboTV

+8.53%

Both tickers received positive analyst notes on Wednesday morning. UBS upgraded Peloton from Neutral to Buy and hiked its price target for the stock from $7.50 to $11. Fubo, meanwhile, received a price target increase from $3 to $4.25 from Needham. Both Peloton and Fubo are closely watched by retail investors and have short floats of 13.2% and 19%, respectively.
