Trading higher after US President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social that Iran will have to “pay the price” for taking “too long to negotiate a deal”. Trump later told Fox News that he is close to ordering new strikes on Iran. Earlier, the US military carried out strikes in Iran in response to Iran's reported downing of a US Army helicopter. Iran went on to target the nearby regions of Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan in response to the US retaliation.

-10.23%
Gapping down after announcing a proposed $7 billion equity and equity-linked financing package to support component purchases tied to roughly $39 billion in recent AI server orders from more than 20 customers. Oracle Corp (ORCL)
-2.77%
On watch ahead of its Q4 2026 earnings report, to be released after the bell on Wednesday, June 10. Analysts are looking for the company to post earnings of $1.96 per share and revenue of $19.08 billion; this revenue estimate implies 20% year-over-year growth. Chewy Inc (CHWY)
+6.84%
Gapping up after its Q1 2026 earnings report. Net sales grew by 7.7% year-over-year to $3.36 billion, while gross margin improved by 50 basis points to 30.1%. Net income grew by 51.9% year-over-year to $94.8 million. Adjusted EBITDA reached $253.1 million for the quarter, representing 31.3% growth from the prior-year quarter.
Meta Platforms Inc (META)
-0.32%
On watch after announcing plans to lease a 168-megawatt AI-enabled data center in India from Reliance Industries, which will build and deliver the facility in Jamnagar within two years with options for future expansion. The deal deepens Meta’s long-term partnership with Reliance and reflects growing global hyperscaler investment in India’s AI infrastructure and data center ecosystem.
Google Inc (GOOGL)
-1.27%
Google Cloud reported intermittent network disruptions in India after a fire at a third-party data center triggered an emergency shutdown of networking equipment and reduced capacity in the Delhi region. The outage affected traffic across multiple major cities including Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai, leading to elevated latency and service slowdowns. No details have been provided with regards to damage or injuries.
Advanced Micro Devices Inc (AMD)
-2.63%
The Wall Street Journal reported that AMD-backed AI cloud startup TensorWave raised $350 million at a $1.55 billion valuation, nearly four times its valuation from roughly a year ago. The company operates exclusively on AMD hardware and software instead of Nvidia chips and says it has secured 500 megawatts of capacity, with plans to expand to 2 gigawatts next year.

-2.21%

CAVA Group Inc (CAVA)
+1.60%
Trading marginally higher premarket after UBS upgraded the stock from Neutral to Buy and hiked its price target from $85 to $90. The analyst cited strong same-store sales performance, multiple long-term growth catalysts, and attractive valuation as reasons for the upgrade. UBS believes CAVA's differentiated menu, potential to exceed its 1,000-store target by 2032, and projected 20%+ revenue and 25%+ EBITDA growth justify a premium valuation and further upside.
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc (CBRL)
+7.44%
Gapping up on light volume following its Q3 2026 earnings report. Revenue declined by 2.9% year-over-year to $797.4 million.
