In The News
SpaceX (SPCX)
Space Exploration Technologies Corp. is set to make history this Friday with its highly anticipated initial public offering priced at $135.00 per share, giving the company a massive $1.8 trillion valuation. This record-breaking debut will initially float roughly 555 million shares to generate $75 billion in gross proceeds, with the potential to reach $86.3 billion if underwriters fully exercise their 30-day over-allotment option. Institutional demand for the historic offering has been incredibly fierce, aggressively crowding out individual buyers in the process. Consequently, retail investors are reportedly receiving a smaller allocation than expected—falling to the low 20% range from an initial 30% target

Adobe Inc (ADBE)
-6.47%
Adobe is trading lower despite delivering a second-quarter earnings beat, reporting revenue of $6.62 billion and adjusted earnings of $5.96 per share, outpacing Wall Street expectations. Growth was primarily fueled by a 14% year-over-year surge in subscription revenue and a tripling of its AI-first annualized recurring revenue, which crossed the $500 million mark. Management raised its third-quarter and full-year guidance for both revenue and earnings well above analyst consensus. However, the impressive financial performance and upgraded outlook faces a tug-of-war with leadership uncertainty, as the company simultaneously announced the immediate departure of CFO Dan Durn, effective June 15.

Effective before the market opens on June 22, 2026, CoreWeave will join the index alongside Astera Labs, Nebius Group, Rocket Lab, and Teradyne, all of which saw their stock prices climb on the news. This highly anticipated quarterly rebalance will simultaneously remove Charter Communications, Cognizant, Insmed, Verisk Analytics, and Zscaler from the index

Oil And Energy (USO)
-2.64%
Oil markets lower following conflicting reports regarding a potential U.S.-Iran memorandum of understanding (MoU). President Trump announced that the Strait of Hormuz will open as soon as a deal is signed, hinting at a potential weekend signing in Europe with J.D. Vance in attendance. However, Iran's state-run IRNA News Agency quickly downplayed expectations, stating that Iran is making no commitment to transfer management of the crucial shipping strait and that control will instead be resolved regionally with Oman. Furthermore, Iran clarified that no agreement has been reached on the nuclear file, noting that nuclear discussions would only take place within 60 days after the MoU is signed.
Marvell Technology (MRVL)
