Palantir Technologies Inc (PLTR)

+0.94%

Trading higher premarket after announcing a strategic partnership with The Nuclear Company to co-develop NOS, an AI-powered, real-time software platform designed specifically for nuclear power plant construction. The goal is to modernize and streamline reactor building by making the process more data-driven, efficient, and cost-effective.

NVIDIA Corp (NVDA)

+1.15%

Continuing to trade higher after making a new all-time high on Wednesday, usurping Microsoft to once again become the largest public-traded company by market capitalization. The rally has been attributed in part to a price target increase from $175 to $250 by Loop Capital. During the company’s annual shareholder meeting on Wednesday, CEO Jensen Huang cited AI and robotics as Nvidia’s two largest growth opportunities.

Meta Platforms Inc (META)

+0.82%

The company has hired three OpenAI researchers for its "superintelligence" team, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal. This update comes days OpenAI CEO Sam Altman accused the company of attempting to poach his staff. Separately, a federal judge ruled in Meta’s favor in a copyright case on Wednesday, finding that its use of books to train AI models qualified as fair use.

Microsoft Corp (MSFT)

+0.61%

On watch as the company’s reported negotiations with OpenAI continue to unfold. The Information reported on Wednesday that the companies are in conflict over a contract clause stating that Microsoft would lose access to OpenAI’s technology if artificial general intelligence (AGI) is achieved. While Microsoft is pushing to remove the clause, OpenAI has resisted. Both companies maintain that their partnership remains strong and ongoing.

Unity Software Inc (U)

-3.11%

Trading lower premarket after BofA reinstated its coverage of the stock with an Underperform rating and a $15 price target. The analyst attributed the rating to concerns about the company's ability to drive shareholder value through its Create segment. While Unity powers about 70% of mobile games, BofA is skeptical about its advertising revenue potential, noting that only around 10% of developers actually pay for the platform.

Shell PLC (SHEL)

+2.51%

Trading higher premarket after denying speculation that it planned to acquire BP Plc, stating it has not made any approach or held talks regarding a potential offer. Under UK takeover rules, Shell is now restricted from making a bid for BP for six months unless another bidder emerges or BP invites an offer. Shell’s potential acquisition of BP was first reported by the Wall Street Journal on Wednesday morning.

Circle Internet Group Inc (CRCL)

+0.09%

On watch after notching two straight sessions of double-digit declines, dropping by 15% on Tuesday and closing 10% lower on Wednesday. The stock began to rally late last week, driven by Coinbase’s stablecoin-related catalysts and the Senate’s vote in favor of the Genius Act. Circle made its debut on the stock market via a successful IPO on June 5, 2025.

Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc (WBA)

+0.71%

The company reported earnings for Q3 2025. Earnings of $0.38 per share exceeded estimates of $0.34, and sales of $38.99 billion beat estimates of $36.84 billion.

Serve Robotics Inc (SERV)

+3.91%

Trading higher premarket after launching autonomous meal deliveries in partnership with Uber Eats across Atlanta neighborhoods including Midtown, Old Fourth Ward, and Downtown, reaching over 50,000 residents. Early restaurant partners include Shake Shack, Rreal Tacos, and Ponko Chicken. Serve aims to deploy 2,000 robots nationwide by the end of 2025.

Vor Biopharma Inc (VOR)

+105.63%

Gapping up after signing a global license agreement with RemeGen for the autoimmune drug telitacicept, with Vor Bio receiving a $125 million upfront payment. As part of the deal, RemeGen will also invest $175 million in Vor Bio through a private placement.

CYNGYN Inc (CYN)

+135.63%

Gapping up after announcing a partnership with NVIDIA to showcase its autonomous industrial vehicle technology at Automatica 2025, leveraging the NVIDIA Isaac robotics platform. Recognized by NVIDIA as a key innovator, Cyngn is using its DriveMod software to deploy AI-powered vehicles that enhance efficiency, reduce labor costs, and improve safety in real-world industrial settings. Cyngyn has a float of 1.59 million shares.
