Bloomberg reported that Manus is exploring a roughly $1 billion funding round to help unwind its $2 billion acquisition by Meta, potentially restructuring as a Chinese joint venture ahead of a possible Hong Kong IPO. Eli Lilly and Co (LLY)

Trading higher premarket on light volume after the company said its next-generation obesity drug retatrutide met key late-stage trial goals.
