Gapping up after its Q1 2027 earnings report. Revenue grew by 88% year-over-year to $43.8 billion, well above estimates of $34.81 billion, with adjusted earnings of $4.86 per share similarly outpacing estimates of $2.88. AI-Optimized Servers revenue grew by 757% to $16.1 billion. The company projected revenue between $165 billion and $169 billion for FY 2026, well above estimates of $143.9 billion, and raised its AI-Optimized Servers revenue outlook to roughly $60 billion for the same period. Dell’s adjusted EPS and revenue estimates for Q2 2027 also trounced expectations.

Trading sharply lower as a group. The stocks, which have rallied in recent weeks due to increased excitement over the upcoming SpaceX IPO, are pulling back as Bloomberg reports that SpaceX is now targeting a valuation of minimum $1.8 trillion; the company was previously reported to be targeting a $2 trillion valuation. Separately, a Blue Origin rocket exploded on a launch pad in Florida on Thursday evening.

Gapping up on investor excitement following the launch of SoFiUSD, a stablecoin issued through the company’s banking platform and available to nearly 15 million users for buying, selling, and holding in-app. The token is backed 1:1 by U.S. dollars held at SoFi Bank and operates on Ethereum and Solana. SoFi has positioned the token as a bridge between regulated banking and blockchain payments.

Trading sharply higher premarket following its Q1 2027 earnings report, with revenue of $687.6 million and adjusted EPS of $1.32 beating estimates of $667.9 million and $1.18, respectively. Atlas revenue grew by 29% year-over-year, while remaining performance obligations grew by 88% to reach $1.459 billion. The company projected FY 2027 revenue between $2.92 billion and $2.96 billion, compared to estimates of $2.9 billion. MongoDB guided Q2 2027 revenue between $729 million and $734 million, beating estimates of $710 million.

Revenue of $277 million narrowly missed estimates of $277.38 million, though adjusted earnings of $0.04 per share came in just above the $0.02-per-share estimate. SentinelOne projected Q2 revenue between $289 million and $291 million, just below estimates of $292 million. The company’s FY 2027 revenue outlook of $1.195 billion-$1.205 billion met analyst estimates of $1.2 billion.

Trading sharply lower premarket after its Q1 2027 earnings report. Adjusted earnings of $0.15 per share narrowly missed estimates of $0.16, though revenue of $418.38 million beat estimates of $397.2 million. Annual recurring revenue grew by 12% year-over-year to $1.9 billion. The company’s FY 2027 revenue outlook of $1.776 billion-$1.781 billion beat estimates of $1.758 billion, while its Q2 2027 revenue outlook of $395 million-$400 million came in-line with estimates of $396 million.

Trading marginally higher as a group after Morgan Stanley weighed in on supply and demand for memory chips. The analyst commented that the market for older memory chips is tightening faster than expected as shrinking supply continues to outpace demand. The bank expects DDR4 pricing to rise another 20% in Q3 and now forecasts supply-demand gaps of roughly 19%–20% in the second half of 2026 and 18%–20% through 2027–2028.

On watch as a group as traders continue to assess a barrage of headlines related to the US-Iran conflict. Oil prices dropped sharply on Thursday morning after Axios reported that negotiators in the US and Iran had reached a memorandum of understanding to extend the ceasefire by 60 days; US President Donald Trump is reportedly considering the deal and has yet to agree to the terms. Later on Thursday, reports out of the Middle East suggested that missiles were launched by Iran’s military.

Revenue of $3.5 billion narrowly missed estimates of $3.5 billion despite growing by 1% year-over-year, while adjusted earnings of $0.38 per share barely beat estimates of $0.37. Comparable sales grew by 2% year-over-year, below estimates of 3.1% growth. The company cut its FY 2026 net sales growth outlook and is now expecting 1% to 2% year-over-year growth, though it raised its adjusted EPS outlook for the year to $2.20-$2.35. Gap expects Q2 2026 sales declines of 0% to -1%, below estimates of 2.1% growth.

Nextpower also raised its FY2027 revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance.

On watch following a note from Bank of America. The analyst believes that Meta’s expansion into enterprise AI could provide a valuable outlet for excess AI infrastructure capacity while creating a more stable, less macro-sensitive revenue stream. BofA noted that the enterprise AI and cloud capacity market could exceed $1 trillion by 2028, meaning even modest market share gains could be financially significant for Meta.
