Adjusted EBITDA came in at $1.16 billion, narrowly beating estimates of $1.15 billion. Management called Q1 2026 “the strongest bookings quarter in CoreWeave’s history”, highlighting nearly $100 billion in revenue backlog.

IREN has agreed to deploy up to 5 gigawatts of Nvidia DSX-aligned AI infrastructure across its global data center network, with a major focus on IREN’s 2GW Sweetwater campus in Sweetwater. As part of the deal, Nvidia received a five-year option to buy up to 30 million IREN shares at $70 each—potentially investing $2.1 billion—as the companies work together to expand large-scale AI factory deployments. IREN posted quarterly revenue of $144.8 million, marking a sequential decline, with net losses widening on a quarter-over-quarter basis.
