Gapping down after its Q3 2025 earnings report. The company reported losses of $0.08 per share, much narrower than the estimated loss of $0.37 per share, with sales of $1.364 billion beating estimates of $1.286 billion. The company cut its FY25 sales guide to $5.05 billion-$5.15 billion, below estimates of $5.29 billion. During the conference call, CEO Michael Intrator noted that third-party data center delays are impacting the company and will affect Q4 guidance, though most of the delay should be dealt with by Q1 26.

Trading marginally lower premarket after a filing revealed that SoftBank has offloaded its entire $5.83 billion stake in the company. SoftBank also sold some of its T-Mobile holdings for $9.17 billion as part of a broader asset monetization strategy to strengthen its financial position and fund new investments, including its growing focus on OpenAI. Despite the sale, SoftBank and Nvidia remain closely linked through their ongoing business interests. Additionally, the semiconductor space is on watch on Tuesday as AMD hosts its Financial Analyst Day.

The Financial Times reported that Yann LeCun, the company’s chief AI scientist, plans to leave the company to launch his own startup and is in early talks to raise funding for the new venture. His departure comes as CEO Mark Zuckerberg reorganizes Meta’s AI division under Superintelligence Labs, now led by former Scale AI CEO Alexandr Wang.
Apple Inc (AAPL)

Taiwanese media outlet Money UDN reported that TSMC is speeding up construction of its 2nm chip facilities in Arizona and purchasing additional land to expand production capacity. Apple has already reserved over half of the 2026 output, prompting other chipmakers to seek alternative supply options as demand for 2nm technology surges.

The company reported adjusted losses of $0.47 per share, larger than the estimated $0.31-per-share loss, though sales of $70.218 million beat estimates of $68.958 million. Beyond Meat guided Q4 sales between $60 million and $65 million, below estimates of $70.031 million, and noted continued uncertainty surrounding its operating environment.
Rocket Lab Corp (RKLB)

The company posted losses of $0.03 per share, smaller than the estimated $0.11-per-share loss, while sales of $155.05 million similarly beat estimates of $151.745 million. Rocket Lab guided Q4 sales between $170 million and $180 million, the midpoint of which exceeds analyst estimates of $171.797 million.

Losses of $0.12 per share narrowly beat estimates of a $0.13-per-share loss, though sales of $177.055 million missed estimates of $179.536 million. Plug Power reported a 13% year-over-year increase and a 46% quarter-over-quarter increase in GenEco electrolyzer revenue, which was reported at approximately $65 million for the quarter.

Gapping up after announcing the acquisition of roughly $100 million in OOB tokens. The company has been appointed Treasury Manager for the OOB digital-asset ecosystem, where Tether holds the largest stake. Following the deal, Tether is expected to become VCI Global’s largest shareholder, aligning the company with major blockchain players such as Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko, CMCC Global, and 468 Capital.
