Gapping up after outlining a series of ambitious projections during its Financial Analyst Day, the company’s first such event since 2022. In the near-to-long term, AMD expects over 35% annual revenue growth and non-GAAP operating margins above 35%. The chipmaker said its AI data center business will drive expansion with more than 80% annual growth, targeting over 50% server CPU market share within five years and rolling out new GPU lines through 2027.

Circle Internet Group Inc (CRCL)

Trading lower premarket after its Q3 2025 earnings report. The company posted earnings of $0.64 per share and sales of $739.759 million, exceeding estimates of $0.18 and $700.527 million, respectively. Circle raised its outlook in the “other revenue” category to $90 million-$100 million for FY25, compared to its previous guide of $75 million-$85 million, and raised its projected operating expenses for the same period to $495 million-$510 million.

International Business Machines Corp (IBM)

Trading higher premarket after unveiling a new experimental quantum chip called Loon, marking a major step toward building practical quantum computers by the end of the decade. The design integrates both qubits and new quantum connections between them, making the chips more complex to build but potentially far more powerful and reliable.

Coinbase Global Inc (COIN)

JPMorgan Chase has begun rolling out its JPM Coin deposit token to institutional clients, enabling dollar-based transfers on Coinbase’s Base blockchain after months of trials. The bank has also trademarked JPME for a potential euro-denominated version, signaling its deeper move into regulated digital assets alongside other major global banks. The partnership between JPMorgan and Coinbase was first announced earlier this year.

The expanded deal concerns research and development with regards to advanced nuclear fuel and materials. Oklo posted quarterly losses of $0.20 per share, wider than the estimated $0.12-per-share loss.

Alphabet Inc (GOOGL)

The company is collaborating with Turkcell to build Turkey’s first hyperscale data center, marking a major expansion of cloud infrastructure in the region. The plan includes at least three network clusters by 2029. Separately, Google is being sued in California for allegedly activating its Gemini AI across Gmail, Chat, and Meet without user consent to collect private data. The lawsuit claims Gemini accessed all emails and attachments, violating California’s privacy laws.

Broadcom Inc (AVGO)

Trading marginally higher premarket after unveiling an open and extensible ecosystem for VMware Cloud Foundation, aimed at helping customers build and manage private clouds across diverse infrastructures. The initiative expands hardware and networking interoperability through programs like AI ReadyNodes and open networking standards, with partners such as Super Micro Computer participating in the rollout.

Gapping up after its Q3 2025 earnings report, with adjusted earnings of $0.54 per share and sales of $993.036 million beating estimates of $0.20 and $939.02 million, respectively. The company guided FY25 sales of $3.725 billion, exceeding estimates of $3.64 billion.

Gapping up after Reuters reported that the company is exploring a potential sale under pressure from activist investor Starboard Value, which holds an 8.5% stake and has pushed for board changes. The company, working with advisers, reportedly believes its shares are undervalued. Discussions are still in early stages with no assurance of a deal.

Bloomberg reported that the company is exploring a potential sale after receiving takeover interest and has hired advisers to evaluate strategic options. Shares of Clearwater were down 33% year-to-date as of Tuesday.

Trading higher premarket after receiving UK approval for its acquisition of Less Common Metals, paving the way for the deal to close by year-end. The merger will establish a fully integrated rare earth supply chain supporting the company’s magnet manufacturing plant in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Approximately 9.2% of the stock’s float is sold short.

Perion Network Ltd (PERI)

Gapping up after its Q3 2025 earnings report. The company posted adjusted earnings of $0.28 per share, sharply outperforming estimates of a $0.01-per-share loss, with sales of $110.461 million similarly beating estimates of $107.782 million. Perion guided FY25 revenue between $430 million and $450 million, compared to estimates of $439.583 million.

Salarius Pharmaceuticals Inc (SLRX)

Trading sharply higher premarket. On Tuesday morning, the company announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering valued at $7 million. The stock has a market capitalization of $1.03 million and a float of 1.05 million shares, approximately 34.3% of which are sold short.
