Foxconn announced that its $1.4 billion supercomputing center built with Nvidia will be completed by the first half of 2026. The center will become Taiwan’s largest advanced GPU cluster and Asia’s first AI data center powered by Nvidia’s Blackwell GB300 chips. Nvidia executives said accelerating GPU technology makes large shared facilities more economical. Nvidia reported better-than-expected earnings for fiscal Q3 2026 on Wednesday, November 19.

On watch after CEO C.C. Wei said the company will continue expanding its Arizona semiconductor facility as part of a broader $165 billion US investment aimed at meeting soaring AI-driven chip demand. He emphasized that semiconductor fabs require ongoing expansion, noting that “once you start…you cannot stop.”

Trading lower premarket after its Q3 2025 earnings report. Adjusted earnings of $0.07 per share beat estimates of $0.02, and sales of $156.936 million beat estimates of $135.577 million. Customer assets grew by 84% year-over-year, with net deposits increasing by 31%.

Google is making a final court attempt to avoid being forced to break up its advertising technology business after a judge ruled it maintains two illegal ad tech monopolies. The DOJ is pushing for the sale of Google’s AdX exchange. Separately, Italy’s competition regulator ended a probe into Google after the company implemented measures addressing concerns over unfair use of personal data.

Trading sharply higher premarket following its Q3 2025 earnings report, with earnings of $0.62 per share and sales of $3.942 billion beating estimates of $0.59 and $3.91 billion, respectively. The company hiked its sales guide for FY25 to $15.375 billion-$15.402 billion, beating estimates of $15.324 billion.

Both stocks are on watch after Joby filed a lawsuit against Archer. The former accuses the latter of hiring an ex-employee of Joby who allegedly took confidential business strategies, partnership details, and aircraft specifications to Archer. Archer denies the claims, saying it has no deal connected to the allegations and that the employee did not bring any Joby trade secrets to the company.

Reuters reported that the company has received initial buyout offers from Paramount, Comcast, and Netflix, opening the door to a major consolidation that could reshape control of assets such as HBO and DC Comics. Paramount, backed by billionaire Larry Ellison, is expected to bid for the entirety of Warner Bros Discovery, including its cable networks.

Elastic provided stronger-than-expected sales and EPS guidance for Q3 2026 and raised its forecast for both metrics for FY26.
