Gapping up following its Q3 2025 earnings report. Sales of $9.44 billion beat estimates of $9.345 billion, but adjusted earnings of $2.41 per share missed estimates of $2.44. Free cash flow rose by 30% year-over-year. Salesforce raised the lower end of its FY25 revenue guidance, now expecting revenue to rise by 8% to 9% year-over-year to reach $37.8 billion-$38 billion. The company also raised its GAAP and non-GAAP operating margin guidance for the fiscal year.

Marvell Technology Inc (MRVL)

Gapping up after reporting earnings for Q3 2025, with adjusted earnings of $0.53 per share and sales of $1.52 billion beating estimates of $0.41 and $1.46 billion, respectively. The company guided 19% sequential revenue growth and 26% year-over-year revenue growth, forecasting Q4 revenue of $1.8 billion (plus or minus 5%). Marvell guided Q4 earnings of $0.59 per share, plus or minus $0.05, above estimates of $0.52.

Trading higher ahead of the third day of its “AWS re:Invent” conference, running from December 2 to 6. The company unveiled several key products and updates on Tuesday, including the Trainium2 chip, which offers significant cost-performance advantages for generative AI workloads. Amazon also announced a collaboration with Palantir, indicated that Apple may leverage Trainium2 for AI model pre-training, and noted that its Alexa voice assistant will be getting an update in the “coming months”.

Continuing to trade higher premarket following a rally on Tuesday that saw the stock gain more than 6%. On Tuesday morning, the company announced that it has received FedRAMP High authorization, allowing its entire product suite to be used by the US government at the FedRAMP High baseline.

Gapping up following stronger-than-expected Q3 2025 earnings and forward guidance. Adjusted earnings of $0.67 exceeded expectations of $0.58, and sales of $665 million beat estimates of $649.702 million. Revenue and subscription revenue rose by 14% year-over-year, and free cash flow generation also grew on a year-over-year basis. The company provided better-than-expected EPS and revenue guidance for Q4 2024 and fiscal 2025.

Gapping down after its Q3 2024 earnings report, with adjusted earnings of $0.33 per share and sales of $1.96 billion missing estimates of $0.41 and $2.01 billion, respectively. The company expects sales to decline by 1% to 1.5% for fiscal 2024, below its previous guidance of -1% to +1% sales growth, and lowered its EPS and comparable sales growth forecasts. Foot Locker also provided weaker-than-expected EPS guidance for Q4.

Gapping down after its Q3 2024 earnings report. Adjusted earnings of $0.20 per share exceeded expectations of $0.08, but revenue of $2.88 billion missed estimates of $2.9 billion. The company guided revenue between $11.79 billion and $11.81 billion for fiscal 2024, below estimates of $11.878 billion, though its Q4 revenue of $3.18 billion-$3.2 billion beat estimates of $3.174 billion.

Dollar Tree Inc (DLTR)

Trading higher premarket after its Q3 2024 earnings report. Adjusted earnings of $1.12 per share beat estimates of $1.07, while sales of $7.57 billion beat estimates of $7.44 billion. The company guided adjusted earnings of $2.10-$2.30 per share and sales between $8.1 billion and $8.3 billion for Q4. Dollar Tree also raised the lower end of its FY 2024 net sales guidance, said that its strategic review of Family Dollar is “on track”, and announced the resignation of CFO Jeff Davis.

Gapping down with strong premarket following after announcing and pricing a public offering. The company is offering 9,523,810 of its Class A shares for $10.50 per share, valued at $110 million. Intuitive Machines also announced a $10 million private placement with Boryung Corporation. Approximately 36.3% of the stock’s float is sold short.
