This rally began after the company announced the completion of an independent review, which found no evidence of misconduct by its management or board beyond some "modest lapses". JPMorgan analysts noted that the company’s new auditor, BDO, has yet to accept the findings, and that Super Micro still has to wait on Nasdaq's decision on its extension request to regain listing compliance.

Separately, Cleanspark is gapping down after reporting adjusted losses of $0.69 per share and sales of $378.968 million for fiscal 2024, missing estimates of $0.62 and $397.318 million, respectively.

On watch following the release of vehicle sales data in China for November 2024. According to the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA), the company sold 78,856 China-made vehicles during the month. This number marked a 15.49% increase from October, and a 4.34% decrease compared to November 2023.

Gapping down following its earnings report. The company posted adjusted earnings of $0.77 per share and sales of $628 million for Q1 2025, above estimates of $0.63 and $606.19 million, respectively. The lower end of its Q2 revenue and EPS guides missed estimates. Zscaler also raised its revenue and EPS forecasts for fiscal 2025, both of which now exceed analyst estimates.

Trump pledged to block the deal and strengthen U.S. Steel through tax incentives and tariffs. This acquisition has already faced resistance from unions and the current U.S. administration.

Trading higher premarket with volume after updating its guidance for fiscal 2024. The company narrowed its adjusted EPS guidance for the year to $2.20-$2.25 from a previous range of $2.15-$2.25, exceeding analyst estimates of $2.10. Wireless services revenue is projected to grow by 3% for the year, while broadband is expected to grow by at least 7%. AT&T also announced its plans to achieve more than $18 billion in free cash flow by 2027.
