Trading sharply higher premarket following a strong session on Tuesday, which saw the stock make new all-time highs above $200. This rally coincided with Nvidia’s GTC Washington event, during which CEO Jensen Huang projected $500 billion in AI chip orders and announced a new $1 billion investment in Nokia to co-develop 6G technology. Nvidia is now on the verge of becoming the first to surpass a $5 trillion market cap, driven in part by strong AI chip demand and plans to build seven new US government supercomputers. Additionally, Huang is set to meet with US President Donald Trump during the latter’s visit to South Korea.
