The company guided revenue between $2.805 billion and $2.809 billion for fiscal 2024, above estimates of $2.759 billion, and sees Q4 revenue of $767 million-$771 million compared to estimates of $741.439 million.

The cryptocurrency has been pulling back since it reached above $73,500 on October 29, near all-time highs, and traded as low as $66,750 on Monday. Bitcoin is trading just below $68,700 as of early Tuesday. The crypto space is also on watch amid the US Presidential election due to ongoing regulatory concerns within the industry.

The call was announced last Wednesday, after the company announced the resignation of its independent auditor over concerns with the governance and reliability of its board. Analysts are expecting Super Micro to post earnings of $0.51 per share and revenue of $6.52 billion for the quarter.

Trading higher premarket after 59% of the company’s machinists’ union voted in favor of a proposed labor contract, ending its weeks-long strike. The contract, the fourth that Boeing has offered since the strike began on September 13th, involves wage increases of 38% over a four-year period and will see the machinists return to work by November 12.

Trading higher as a group as China’s lawmakers begin a week-long review of a large-scale fiscal stimulus package, potentially totaling 10 trillion yuan over three years, to support local governments and revive economic confidence.
